This is so much better than any cryo system I’ve come across before! It just works better.

How it Works

Moove Equine allows a specific pathological condition to be targeted with a compression wrap containing ice or cooled water at a preset, therapeutic temperature. In response to the cold, the horse’s body increases blood flow, directing it away from the extremities and towards its core. This constriction of blood vessels reduces hemorrhage and heat associated with inflammation. Cell damage is also minimized and cartilage-damaging enzyme activity is inhibited. The leg wraps are also used with air for the application of a variable pressure that is either static or moving. This has a compressive or massaging effect that moves and disperses fluid, minimizing the build-up that causes swelling.

4 Principle Effects

Soft Tissue Injury: Prevents damaged blood vessels from hemorrhaging or leaking seroma into surrounding tissues, while promoting fluid movement and resorption.

Lameness & Laminitis: Reduces temperature and blocks inflammation by constricting peripheral blood vessels.

Analgesia: Slows nerve conduction to ease pain sensations caused by inflammation and oedema.

Orthopedic: Reduces painful joint inflammation by constricting blood vessels and inhibiting enzymes that damage cartilage.

I exclusively use the Moove for post-work recovery on my horses.
