How it Works
The 45w Laser Class IV Device produces electromagnetic energy through its High Powered InfraRed (NIR) laser diodes. The electromagnetic energy interacts with the cells of the body as photons. These photons go-ahead to interact with components of the body cells accelerate cellular processes.
In cells with depressed metabolism, they increase the metabolism from a decreased rate to a normal level. This is also known as the selective bio-stimulatory effect. They do so without interfering with the healthy cell and tissue functioning.
Laser Therapy effects
Analgesic: Laser therapy causes the release of natural pain killers known as endorphins and encephalin. It also blocks pain signals in the brain simultaneously.
Anti-inflammatory: Laser therapy improves local circulation by causing vasodilation. It also mediates the production of inflammatory mediators, chemicals that counteract inflammation.
Rapid wound healing: The photons produced by the Laser stimulate cell maturation and multiplication. This in turn causes rapid tissue growth.
Smoother body movement: Laser therapy enhances flexibility and mobility at the joints. It also reduces muscle tightness and spasms.
Deep tissue repair: This 45w laser is a high-power device that has the characteristic of deeper tissue penetration. This can produce electromagnetic energy that can penetrate hard tissues.
Reduced recovery time: With reduced inflammation and well defined tissue integrity disruption.
Shorter procedure duration: The high-power 45w Laser Device has the advantage of lesser procedure time for greater outcome.
Drug-free use: There is no need for pre-application drug or anesthetic use.

This is the best value for money on the market, bar none. It can easily compete with the most expensive devices out there.

The effect of different wavelengths

650nm wavelength: This wavelength accelerates wound healing by accelerating the healing of skin surface tissues. The wavelength is largely absorbed by the melanin in the skin inhibiting bacteria proliferation and promoting fine cell growth. Therefore, laser physiotherapy has incredible effects on wound healing and scar tissue regulation.
810nm wavelength: This wavelength allows rapid activation of the process of hemoglobin oxygenation. It helps to transfer the energetic supply from the blood into the muscles and tendons. This facilitates regeneration and increases ATP production.
915nm wavelength: This wavelength increases the blood oxygen transport capacity which increases the release of nutrients needed for self-healing. More oxygen molecular nutrients can be absorbed by cells
980nm wavelength: This wavelength causes the analgesic effect. It optimizes the action on thermoreceptors and mechanical receptors. It also ensures correct interaction with the peripheral nervous system. This leads to the activation of the gate-control mechanism which produces the analgesic effect
